It would be amazingly helpful if there was a location in the customer information section that we could add notes and or rider set up information.
When customers send us their set up information for bike adjustments there is no where to put that information where it will save and transfer over to their next booking. Or when we need to make a note about pedal, saddle or size preferences it would be MUCH easier to have it saved in customer info and not have to open up previous reservations to see what the info is.
Also, when the booking is moved to "checked out" or "checked in" the rider information is hidden, is it possible to make that visible regardless of what stage the booking is in?
We have just implemented customer notes which can now be edited.
That is an excellent idea. We will implement this shortly in the Customer Details section.
