How do you handle late fees?
there are a few implications of someone being late (generally)
Today in our system you need to manually extend the booking, which should adjust the price.
Then you need to charge more money, and record what happened.
But perhaps this should be a built in feature? That performs all functions automatically.
It might encourage staff to actually make the charge rather than 'let them off'
If this would also work for a group booking of individual bikes, then that would be fantastic. Do you know what I mean?
