Administrator (Admin) Accounts

Each store on BRM / RSM needs to have at least one Administrator Account.  They are typically the primary contact with our organisation.  They will likely have day to day responsibility for running the rental operation - and as such will take on administrator responsibilities within BRM.

The main thing that entails is adding / removing your users as well as changing the permissions that each user in the your organisation has.

If you have an admin account when you login you will see this section in your navigation menu. In it will be a page to manage user access:

If you don't currently have an admin account please contact to get one added.

Changing Stores

 If you have multiple stores in your organization your admin users will be able to change store too. This is an enormous time saving over having to remember login details for each shop in your organization.
