Creating and managing customer records


BRM has an in-built Customer (or client) database.  This means each time you make a new reservation you can record who you're making the reservation for.  By capturing this information within BRM we get 2 powerful benefits:

  • if the customer comes back we can re-use the same record - saving time for all
  • you capture all client details for any future marketing purposes you might want to do.


When you create a rental ticket (or when your customers make their own online) the rental ticket is automatically linked to a customer record:
