We find that some stores have very specific booking policies and or pricing policies.
You can, of course, set this up in Bike Rental Manager. But it is always a good idea to tell your customers in as many places as possible to avoid confusion / frustration etc.
1. So, tell them on your website, just before you embed your online booking
2. Then remind them inside BRM.
