When booking online your customers are not seeing actual bikes, they are seeing 'product lines' AKA generics.

Each Product Line has its own Price Group - and these can be different even within one Category.


But each Bike within the Product Line must have the same Price Group, by definition.


So if you are trying to get your pricing correct for online booking, you just need to work through your 'wiring' to make sure:

  • Each Bike belongs to a Price Group
  • Each Bike also belongs to a Product Line  (which shares that Price Group)
  • Then just make sure that Price Group is setup correctly and you're all good!
