When a user signs up to BRM2.0 Free , an inventory spreadsheet (essential for BRM1.0) is not created. If they then upgrade to a paid package, they will be relegated to BRM1.0. At this stage in development, only BRM1.0 can support the complexity of a paid features.

The following is correct as of July 2019 - AW will update as required.

To configure their system from free to paid, operations must:

1. Update the package parameter in BRM2.0

2. Remove any categories they have added in BRM2.0 Free

3. Create an inventory spreadsheet and link in to their account within BRM1.0

I will post a walk through with images in due course.
