Customising the text in your online experience

You can customise every single word on your online booking.

Meaning if you are only using English you can modify the words to your style.

Similarly, if you are using multi-language features then you can customise each language.


But it is not just on the online booking itself - the customisation extends to the communication (e.g. via email) and printing you have with your customers.  This can also be customised.  See below.


Online Booking Text

you can also customise all the text that appears on the wizard - for each language:


To do that, navigate to Settings > Online > Language Customization



Select 'Online Booking' (and language) and then select the text by clicking it to activate a text box. Make your edits and click the Enter/Return key on your keyboard to save the changes.



Customising the Email Communications & printed documents


Here is how you do that.

For example, here we have chosen to customise the word 'reservation' to 'reference'


We choose the section: 'Customer Documents'

and the field named: 'item-type'


We changed the field name 'item-type' to Equipment



which results in the following changes in the printed (or emailed) documents
