pre-selecting a customer in the Who Panel

If you are using the optional 'advanced panel' then you can pre-select your customer first.

This will mean your customer is selected at the time of reservation creation:

depicted by 1 below:

If you change your mind you can always press the X (number 2 above) and type in a new customer name, which will create a new customer record.
