Within the Reservation Detail Panel (RDP) you have to possibility to upload and store documents. Besides all versions of invoices during the reservations lifecycle you can upload your own files.
This can be used to upload:
- Copy of driving license
- Scan of ID card
- Scan of passport
- Bike fit info supplied by your customer
- List of names in a group
Maximum file size allowed to upload is 10MB
File types need to be one of the following: JPEG, PNG, DOC/DOCX, or PDF
Open your Reservation Detail Panel (RDP) and click on the Docs tab, click on Upload Files.
