An important element of each reservation is the documentation
for example
- in an online context, which Terms and Conditions are displayed?
- in store what waiver (disclaimer) is presented to (and signed by ) the customer?
From May 2025 this can now be controlled at the Service Offering level.
Example use-cases
- I'm a rental store offering 2 flavours of rental - bike and ski
I want my online customers to see the right Terms and Waiver according to what they are renting
2. I'm offering bike rental and bike maintenance and servicing
I want to apply the right documentation for each type of reservation.
Let's take a closer look at the first scenario
1. I'm a rental store offering 2 flavours of rental - bike and ski
My online booking customer will have selected, for example ski rental in the Customer Booking Page:
When they are in checkout they may choose to take a closer look at your Terms and Conditions (which they have to check to accept)
They will be presented with the skiing version of your Terms and Conditions
In your BRM, when the reservation is made it comes through clearly stamped with this service offering: Ski Rental
Finally for the waiver, when you print (or email etc) the right waiver will be used according to the service offering (and language)
