By default BRM comes with one service activated - Rental
If your store offers more services,
you can request their activation by pressing the corresponding button the Service Offering Management page.
How much does each service cost?
- if you are paying a subscription each additional service will be charged as an optional extra.
- When you 'request activation' you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange payment.
- During 2025 we will be introducing Usage Based Billing (UBB). Those on UBB will have access to all BRM services and all optional packages, with unlimited inventory.
Which services have been enabled for activation?
currently only 2 enabled services: (as of 21st Jan 2025)
- Rental (and demos)
- Repairs (and maintenance) of customer bikes
What do these services do?
Initially the functionality is limited, but it will grow as we move into 2025.
as of 21st Jan 2025
- organise your inventory into services
- setup service offerings within a service (e.g. bike rental, ski rental)
- allow you take bookings online (in CBP)
- save launch configurations (so you can offer bike rental and take repair & maintenance bookings on your site)
What will they do?
- use different documents for each service (waivers, terms etc)
- have different communication templates for each service
- enable SMS communication with your customers
- have different workflow for each service (e.g. stage names & transitions)
