User Roles
Each user is assigned a role that determines their access to various parts of the system. Here are the available roles:
- Basic: Designed for staff working on weekends, with permissions to make and manage rentals.
- Mechanic: Includes all Basic role permissions plus access to the maintenance section.
- Staff: Provides access to various store functions, but excludes management features.
- Store Manager: Grants full access, including all features available to Basic, Mechanic, and Staff roles, as well as setup and financial options.

Privileges
In addition to their assigned role, users may be granted one or more of the following optional privileges:
- Administrator: Allows the user to add and maintain other users.
- Primary Contact: Designated as the sole point of contact for managing the relationship with BRM.
- Billing Contact: Handles package and payment information.
- Agent: Enables booking capabilities but offers limited access beyond that (typically for third parties within your system).
- Switch Stores: Permits the user to switch between stores within the organization, if multiple stores are managed.
- Just Do It (JDI): Allows the user to override constraints and make changes even when there isn't sufficient room for them.
The following table details the additional access provided by each privilege. Users may be assigned between 0 and 4 of these extra privileges, depending on their needs.
