There are three kinds of in-store payment that BRM / RSM knows about:

	record only. (when you transact a payment *off-system*, e.g. with a bank's credit card machine) you set your own list of payment methods that you support in your store, e.g. Cash, Visa... Just tell BRM / RSM what happened.
	integrated / processed payment: When you use a payment platform that BRM integrates with Stripe (online and back-office) Paypal (online only) Actually take the money, process the transaction.
	Point of Sale transfer: when you use a Point of Sale that BRM integrates with: Lightspeed Citrus Lime Transfer to the which will then process.
