full audit trail (reservation events)

When something goes wrong or gets complicated it is important to know who has done what and at what time.

For this reason, there is an in-built audit trail in BRM, recording all actions that your users make.  This applies to inventory and reservations (and in fact all key actions in your system).

Here is an example of looking at the audit trail of a particular reservation:

It is accessible from the 'Events' tab within the Reservation Detail Panel

It shows you the date and time of any event, what was done, and who performed the action.

It will also show you the status of the event

  • tick = all good
  • warning triangle = there was a problem

To find more information about any given event hover over the row

Additionally, each row has an icon to represent the action that was applied - that icon will correspond to the feature that it represents
