(OBW) your Terms and Conditions

Of course, it is very important that you publish your Terms and Conditions on your website, especially if you're selling online.

We would recommend at the minimum you publish your full terms and conditions in these places:

  • on your website
  • at your point of sale
  • on your online booking wizard  (BRM)

BRM provides a facility for your customers to read your T&C's when they are making a booking and check a box to confirm they have read and understood them.

You Copy & Paste your T&C's here:

settings > Customer Booking (online) > Terms

when opened you will see this:

Your Terms and Conditions go in the top section.
