What if a bike is 'under repair' for a while?
Not broken strictly, but you bring it into the workshop and order a part.
It will take a week to get the part and fit it, so you want it out of action for that time but take bookings from one week's time.
If you leave it broken it will be indefinitely unavailable.
The answer is to make a 'blocker booking' for the given item.
