Throughout this knowledge base, you will see that we refer to 'the system'.

Please note that 'the system' might be branded differently according to what type of store you are:

• BRM - Bike.Rent Manager
• RSM - Rent.Shop Manager (all things non-bike and rental)

By 'system', we mean the entire rental platform, comprising the following

• The back office - the core of the system; where you manage your day to day operations
• The online booking widget (OBW) - where you take online bookings
• The kiosks - which you might use to capture customer information
