Importing customers

Importing Customers

To import customer information:

1. Create a new customer in BRM.

2. Click Import from Lightspeed X.

    3. Enter the LSX Customer Code.

The customer information should fill automatically.

Updating LSX Customers

To update an existing customer linked to an LSX Customer ID:

1. Open the customer record in BRM.
2. Update the relevant information as needed.
3. Save the customer record.

The updated information should sync to LSX.
