A 'delivery' is defined as any reservation for which there is an agreement that the Items will be delivered to your Customer.  This will mean that some or all delivery data will have been populated.  (It is up to you to decide exactly which bits of data you capture, and exactly how you capture them).

Delivery in the Back Office

Here is what a typical delivery will look like when viewed from the back office

You can see that some delivery data has been populated and so it is defined as a Reservation with Delivery.

This can be used when;

  • processing an existing delivery (i.e. delivering it!)
  • or when taking delivery information on the phone and entering it into the system

Capturing Delivery information online

Delivery in Printed Materials

Here is some example delivery information appearing on a rental invoice.

(Again, which information can be chosen here).

What about Scheduling Deliveries?

What about if you want to batch up your deliveries into delivery runs?

Then you would want the paid option - Delivery Planning Module
