How can customers book an appointment online?

Wanting to offer Appointments? Appointments is a service you switch on for your store. To get started, go to Settings > Service Offering Management, find Appointments and click Book a demo — our team will be in touch to get it set up for you. You can also reach out to support if you have questions first.

Customers can book an appointment — such as a bike fit, a consultation or a workshop drop-in — directly from your Customer Booking Page (CBP), picking a time that works for them.

How it works for the customer

An appointment offering shows on your booking page. The customer chooses the appointment type, selects an available time slot, fills in their details and confirms. It’s the same online checkout your customers already know.

What you need to set up

  • An appointment offering set to be visible on the CBP (see Setting up a service offering for online booking).
  • Availability — the times and how many appointments you can take per slot — so the calendar only offers slots you can actually staff.
  • Any details you want from the customer before the appointment, captured at checkout.

After the booking

The appointment lands in Back Office as a reservation, so it appears in your schedule and is managed the same way as any other booking.

Good to know

  • Slot length and how many bookings each slot allows are controlled by the offering’s availability settings.
  • If you also want customers to be able to change or cancel their own appointment, see Letting customers cancel their own booking.
