If you embed your Customer Booking Page (CBP) into your own website, you may need to authorise your website’s domain so the booking page is allowed to load and run there. This is a security step — it stops your booking page being embedded on sites you don’t control.
When you need this
- You’re embedding the CBP inside your own website (rather than linking out to it).
- The embedded booking page doesn’t load, appears blank, or is blocked — often because the domain hasn’t been authorised.
How to set it up
Add the domain(s) you’ll embed the CBP on to your authorised-domains setting. Once your website’s address is on the list, the booking page is permitted to load there.
Good to know
- Add every domain you use, including a
wwwand non-wwwversion if both are live, and any staging site you test on. - Just linking to the CBP (opening it in its own tab) doesn’t need this — it’s only for embedding.
- If an embedded page suddenly stops working after a website change, check the new domain is authorised.
