What this error means
The BRM account you're signed in with isn't linked to Lightspeed, so it can't send a Lightspeed transaction.
Why it happens
Every BRM user account that integrates with Lightspeed must be individually connected to it. If yours isn't, you'll see this the moment you try to add a Lightspeed transaction to a reservation.
How to fix it
- When you see the error, use the Connect Lightspeed button to link your account.
- Alternatively, set the connection up in advance under your Lightspeed settings.
