Booking Slots on pricing page

This row is all about showing you the relationship between your booking slots and the pricing that you offer.

The most fundamental thing you do in pricing is set the following in your pricing table:

Price Groups - each item belongs to a PG

Price Point - you have a price point each time you want to recognise a new price for a duration - e.g. 1d (1 day)

This pricing table is used to calculate your pricing for all your reservations - online and offline (back office)

On top of this - you may choose to use 'booking slots' for your online booking.

So how do your booking slots relate to the prices in your pricing table?

It is like a Venn diagram, they may fully overlap or partially.

For example, your store may offer the following price points:

1h,2h,3h,4h,1d,2d

and yet online you only want to offer a subset of those timeframes:

1d, 2d

In the above diagram, and within BRM when online booking slots match one of your price points we add it in, in blue.

If any are leftover (i.e. more booking slots than price points) we put them on the left.

Please note the pricing table is clever enough to 'infer' the pricing by using the next price along.

Say I have a 2d price and I sell for 1.5days - it will use the 2d price.

So it still uses the pricing table, but you're only making available 1d and 2d for online booking.

This is the relationship between your price points and booking slots.
