Not at the moment. Every discount/voucher code in BRM is reusable by design — once it's active, it applies the same discount to every booking that enters it, for as many bookings as enter it, until you deactivate it or its validity window ends. There's no setting that caps a code to one redemption.
This is a known gap, not an oversight, and it's on our roadmap — usage limits (including true single-use codes) are being built. We don't have a ship date to share yet, so please don't commit customers to a timeline.
What you can do today
There's no redemption cap, but you do have two real levers over a code's lifetime:
- Give it a validity window. Set Valid From / Valid To on the code so it only works for a specific date range — useful for a code you only want live for a single promotion or a single customer interaction, if you can bound it by time.
- Suspend it. Once you've seen the redemption(s) you wanted, suspend the code from the back office. It stops working for any booking after that, online or in-store.
Neither of these enforces "exactly once" the way a true single-use code would — a customer could still redeem it twice before you catch it and suspend it. If a customer needs a guaranteed one-time code today, the safest option is to generate a unique code per customer and suspend each one as soon as it's used.
See Discount Codes (vouchers) for how to create and manage codes generally.
