How do I set opening hours for a single service offering?

Each service offering can have its own opening hours, separate from your shop's. For example, your workshop might take repair bookings Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 to 16:00, while rentals run every day. Repairs offerings can also have their own closed periods, such as "no repairs over Christmas".

If you don't set hours for an offering, it uses your store opening hours.

Set an offering's opening hours

  1. Go to Settings → Scheduling → Opening hours.
  2. In the dropdown at the top, choose the offering. (Choose the store to edit your store hours instead.)
  3. Choose the days the offering is open.
  4. For each open day, set the Opening time and Closing time. If it closes for lunch, set Lunch start and Lunch end.
  5. Click Save.

For a Repairs offering, you can also do this on the offering itself: go to Services → Service Management, open the offering, and use the Scheduling section. Click Save changes when you're done.

Add a closed period (Repairs offerings)

  1. Go to Services → Service Management and open the Repairs offering.
  2. In the Scheduling section, under Closed periods, click Add closed period.
  3. Choose the From and To dates. Add a Description if you like, for example "Christmas".
  4. Click Save changes.

To remove a closed period, click the bin icon next to it, then Save changes. If the end date is before the start date, you'll see "The end date must be on or after the start date." and can't save until you fix it.

How these work with your store hours

  • Offering hours replace your store hours for that offering. Once an offering has its own hours, it can only be booked in those hours, even if your shop is open longer.
  • No hours set means store hours. If every day is closed for the offering, it goes back to your store opening hours.
  • Store closures always apply. An offering's closed period only closes that offering. If your whole store is closed on a date, the offering is closed too, and its own hours can't reopen it.
